Clydesdale

Home to almost 60,000 people residing within 511 square miles, this sub division's boundaries stretch from near Larkhall in the north to Dumfries and Galloway in the south, and to Ayrshire in the west and Lothian and Borders in the east.

The main population centres are Carluke and Lanark. There are also 36 villages and hamlets, as well as two motorway service areas which themselves attract a significant number of visitors to the area.
